How much does Waypoint aviation training software cost?

Waypoint costs £395/month base platform fee plus per-user rates: training managers £35/user/month, instructors and examiners £20/user/month, and pilots £5–£15/user/month (volume-tapered, reducing from £15 at small fleets to £8 at 100 pilots and £5 at 200+). Billing is annual. There is a one-off £3,000 implementation fee. All prices exclude UK VAT at 20%.

Does the Waypoint base platform fee include all features?

Yes. The £395/month base platform gives your organisation access to the full platform: web dashboard, iPad app, form templates, pilot records, document storage, EASA/UK CAA/ICAO competency frameworks, EBT analytics, AI debrief, PDF exports and UK-based support. There are no feature tiers — every organisation gets everything.

Are there discounts for multi-year contracts?

Yes. A 2-year term saves 17% on the annual subscription; a 3-year term saves 22%. Discounts apply to the subscription only, not the one-off implementation fee. All prices are billed annually in advance.

How does Waypoint's per-pilot pricing work?

The pilot rate is volume-tapered: it starts at £15/user/month for small fleets and reduces linearly to £8 at 100 pilots and £5 at 200 or more, with £5 as the absolute minimum. The effective rate applies across the whole fleet, so larger operators pay less per head.
